Subscription, Payment, Unsubscription, and Refunds
The Utilogo subscription is paid by bank card, in euros. Payment is recurring, automatically debited each month, and you can cancel at any time.
In the event of a price change (e.g. €49), you will always be notified at least 30 days in advance, giving you the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
The subscription begins with a 3-day trial period, billed at a nominal cost of €0.10 including VAT. You can enjoy all services (bookings, assistance, etc.) without restriction.
At the end of the trial period, if you have not cancelled it, your Utilogo subscription will automatically convert to a monthly subscription. Direct debit will then be activated, and you will receive a notification each time a payment is taken, stating the amount and date.

Cancel Utilogo direct debit? Yes, cancellation stops all recurring payments from the following month.
Utilogo has debited me 49 euros. What should I do? Check the activation date for automatic renewal. If you would like a refund, you can request one (see below).
If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a full refund for the last month, no questions asked.
Utilogo refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days and credited back to your card.
