TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Update: 02/09/2025

PRESENTATION AND SERVICE PROVIDER

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) set out the rights and obligations of users of the utilogo.com platform, operated by STONEBLOOM LIMITED, a private limited company registered in Cyprus (HE 458248, share capital €1), registered office: ZAKYNTHOU 28, 2540 NICOSIA, CYPRUS.

Publication director: Nicos Demetriou.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION – ACCEPTANCE

Access to Utilogo’s services, the creation of an account, or the subscription to any plan implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

Utilogo reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time.

Any substantial modification will be communicated to users at least 30 days before coming into effect.

ELIGIBILITY

Utilogo’s services are strictly reserved for adults (18 years and over).

Subscription and account creation are not permitted for minors.

NATURE AND OPERATION OF SERVICES

Utilogo is a digital concierge service enabling subscribers to delegate the management of daily tasks: reservations (restaurants, hotels, events, transport), travel arrangements, personalised advice, connection to selected third-party providers (home services, wellness, lifestyle, etc.).

Utilogo acts exclusively as an intermediary: the effective delivery and final quality of the service depend solely on the provider selected by the user.

REGISTRATION, ACCOUNT CREATION AND PERSONAL AREA

To access Utilogo’s services, the user must create a personal account by providing accurate and up-to-date information (name, surname, email, phone number, payment details).

Once registration is validated, a personal identifier and password are assigned, for which the user is solely responsible.

Utilogo may suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these T&Cs, fraudulent use or provision of false information, without notice or compensation.

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS, FREE TRIAL AND PRICING

Each Utilogo subscription begins with a three (3) day trial period at €0.10 incl. VAT, during which the user can access the selected services with no commitment.

Unless cancelled during the trial, the chosen plan will be automatically activated for a renewable one-month period.

The available plans are as follows:

  • Starter: €19.50 incl. VAT/month (1h included)
  • Daily: €29.50 incl. VAT/month (3h included)
  • Assistance +: €49.50 incl. VAT/month (7h included)
  • Privilege: €69.50 incl. VAT/month (12h included)
Amounts are payable in a single monthly instalment or in accordance with the billing frequency offered at the time of subscription.

The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each billing period selected at the time of subscription.

Any change in pricing will be notified at least thirty days in advance; users may cancel their subscription at no cost before the new price takes effect.

Utilogo reserves the right to charge the trial period and the subscriptions in one or several instalments, without any additional fees for the customer.

PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION SECURITY

Subscription fees are payable exclusively by credit card in euros, via a secure payment platform that meets international standards (SSL/TLS, PCI DSS).

Users must keep their payment details up to date.

In case of payment failure (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), Utilogo will send a notification and allow 48 hours for rectification.

If not resolved, the subscription will be suspended.

PERSONAL AREA AND SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

Users may access their personal area at any time to view or edit their details, change their subscription, manage options, view invoices, or request account deletion.

The subscription can be cancelled at any time, directly via chat, by filling in the ‘unsubscribe’ form or by contacting customer service by email (contact@utilogo.com).

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current month, with no additional fees.

If cancelled during the trial period, no further charges apply.

“SATISFIED OR REFUNDED” GUARANTEE – REFUND POLICY

If the user is not satisfied with the service, they may request the refund of their last paid subscription period, without having to provide justification.

This commercial guarantee is separate and does not affect the user’s statutory cancellation rights.

Refund requests may be made via the contact form, by email or by phone.

Refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) working days, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

STATUTORY CANCELLATION RIGHT (14 DAYS) AND IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (and relevant EU/UK consumer law), users have a statutory right to cancel their contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from subscription, without giving any reason or incurring any penalty.

This right may be exercised by sending a clear statement or using the model form attached to these T&Cs.

Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receiving the cancellation notice, using the same payment method as the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

During subscription, the user may expressly request immediate provision of services before the cancellation period expires.

In this case, if the cancellation right is exercised after services have begun, a proportionate amount for the services actually provided until cancellation will be charged, as permitted under Regulation 36 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

The user undertakes to use Utilogo’s services lawfully and in accordance with these T&Cs.

They must provide true and up-to-date information, responsibly manage their account and comply with all usage and cancellation conditions.

Utilogo guarantees transaction security and the quality of its intermediary services, but accepts no liability for the final delivery, delays or deficiencies on the part of third-party providers.

No compensation is due for temporary service interruptions, maintenance, force majeure or external events.

PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

Personal data collected during use of the service is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and relevant European regulations.

Data is stored on servers located within the European Union and can only be accessed by authorised personnel or data processors involved in service delivery.

Users may exercise their rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object or transfer their personal data at any time by contacting contact@utilogo.com.

Any privacy or data security queries will be handled with priority.

COMPLAINTS, MEDIATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For any queries, difficulties or complaints, Utilogo’s customer service can be reached at contact@utilogo.com or 020 3362 8180.

All queries will receive a response within seven (7) working days.

In the event of an unresolved dispute, users may access a free consumer mediation service or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

If no amicable agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the courts of the user’s country of residence (for clients in the EEA or United Kingdom), or to the courts of Nicosia (Cyprus) for other users, pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (“Brussels I bis”) and Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (“Rome I”).

APPLICABLE LAW AND CONTRACT LANGUAGE

These T&Cs are governed by the mandatory consumer protection laws of the user’s country of residence for clients in the EEA or United Kingdom, and by Cypriot law for all others.

In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the version accessible and understood by the user shall prevail; for users residing in the UK, the English version shall take precedence.

UPDATES AND CHANGES TO THE T&Cs

Any substantial modification to these T&Cs will be notified to users at least thirty days in advance.

Continued subscription after notification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
